Our Founder
Juanita Zapata Flint, APRN, FNP-C
Our founder, a native Texan and long-time Plano resident, is a proud Hispanic who speaks Spanish. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from TWU and has extensive experience as a registered nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner. Juanita is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With a deep passion for advocating for women in healthcare, Juanita recognized the tendency for women to prioritize others and often neglect their own needs. Driven by a desire to focus on women’s health, she aims to build confidence and support women in feeling great about themselves. She believes that when women look and feel good, they become more confident and capable of achieving their goals. Juanita is committed to working with you to support and empower you in every aspect of your life.
